A Mahjong Connect game and a Merge game in one. Connect 2 of the same free tiles to merge those 2 tiles to a bigger number. The connecting path cannot have more than 2 90-degree turns.
Mahjong Connect uses route availability instead of the layered free-side test: identical tiles leave only when the permitted path joins them.

To play Mahjong Connect Merge, connect two equal free tiles through a path with no more than two right-angle turns.
